CCB Graduate Student and Postdoc Council
Harvard Women in Chemistry+
HWIC is dedicated to addressing issues concerning the representation and quality of life of women in STEM fields, particularly chemistry. We are dedicated to outreach to the local community to promote awareness of women in chemistry. We also strive to promote equity and inclusion, particularly for gender based issues, in the Harvard Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology. We are committed to promoting all peoples in STEM that identify as women, of all races, religions, disability and sexual orientation.
Harvard Chemistry Club
The Chemistry Club (aka "Chem Club") is a meeting place for Harvard undergraduate chemists and a venue for chemical education initiatives tailored for the pre-graduate students. Open to Chemistry Concentrators and all students interested in Chemistry, the Chemistry Club holds regular social gatherings, lectures by distinguished faculty and researchers from prominent universities and corporations, hosts dinners with invited guests at the Faculty Club, and promotes chemical education initiatives such as the Big Brother/Big Sister Program, student research colloquia, and graduate school admission forums. CCB's Graduate Student & Postdoc Council
The Graduate Student and Postdoc Council (GPC) is the official representative body of the graduate students and postdocs of the Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology (CCB) at Harvard University. We host academic and social activites as well as career and research guest lecturers.
